General Guidelines:

• We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, so please be respectful to all guests and staff, as well as the museum and its objects.
• For photoshoot or event rental requests, please contact us at rentals@pittockmansion.org. Photoshoots are not permitted inside the Mansion without a permit.
• Parking may be limited during high-traffic seasons. We recommend alternative means of transportation including carpooling, ride sharing, or hiking trails, or downloading the City of Portland's Parking Kitty mobile app before your arrival.
• Due to limited space within the Mansion, we do not recommend bringing strollers, luggage, or other large objects. If you would like to check your items for the duration of your visit please ask a Pittock staff member. Please note that storage space is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
• For Behind the Scenes tours, Architecture Tours, and special events, please refer to the online calendar of events. There are currently no daily guided tours.
